I’m a service designer based in New York interested in how design can change conversations and shape the future of what healthcare looks like.  You can find out more about me on my portfolio site which has some of my examples.  That’s me teaching the power of user research to a group of civic tech entrepreneurs for Civic Hall, and teaching and community engagement are some of my most exciting experiences in design.  When we put our heads together we can achieve remarkable ways to shape the future using design and hopefully this thesis is an example of that.
